⚖ Refunds & Returns ⚖
We don't offer refunds. However, we do allow size exchanges for the same product within 1 day of receiving your order, provided the replacement size is in stock.
To qualify, your item must be:- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
- Exchanges are for a different size of the same item only.
- The replacement size must be in stock at the time of the request.
- We can't swap for a different product.
- Requests made after 1 day of delivery won't be accepted.
Message us on Instagram or Facebook. We'll check if your requested size is available and get back to you. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — we won't be able to accept it.
Damaged or wrong item:Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us straight away and we'll make it right.
EU customers (14-day rule):If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. The item must meet the same conditions listed above, the replacement size must be in stock, and you'll need your proof of purchase.
Refunds:Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email us at fitzflawed@gmail.com.
